This Week in Startups London Network

Sponsors & Friends of TWiSTldn

Our meetups could not take place without the crucial support of our friends and the companies that put themselves out there to support early stage technology startups and entrepreneurs. Let’s take a moment to show our gratitude and support for what they do too.

Headline Sponsors

Could be you?

Venue Sponsors

Forward – Forward is a superb example of a startup done good. From one guy doing a bit of affiliate marketing, to a lot of affiliate marketing, to a service agency, to price comparison site, to a number of price comparison sites, to a venture firm interested in new ideas, new concepts and new ways to make money. Forward is truly a forward thinking company (excuse the obvious pun), and we are blessed to have access to a fantastic space to hold our next event.

Prize Sponsors

Mailchimp – Mailchimp are simply the best. Best product, best service, best innovation. They kick ass and we’re delighted they have decided to sponsor a prize for the winners of the TWiSTldn event as we know that those credits will come in very useful. We use their software and we wouldn’t rave about them if we didn’t think they’re awesome. “oooohh, oooohhhhhhhh, aaaahahhh, aaaaahhhhhH” Thanks Mailchimp!

Friends of TWiSTldn

Ovia.me – Ovia, recently backed by 500 Startups, were a pitching company at our first meetup and what a success story our relationship with Ovia has been. Firstly, if you’ve applied to pitch at TWiSTldn, you will have used their product, as we’ve been using the online video interviewing application since TWiSTldn #2 and we love it! Dimitar, a senior staff member at Ovia is also a co-organiser of TWiSTldn. Biggup to Dimitar and the team.

Taylor Wessing – Taylor Wessing hosted TWiSTldn #3 in their lovely offices, and put on a great spread. Further, they were incredibly bashful in giving their support and wanted nothing in return – it was for the greater good. Unfortunately their offices couldn’t host more than 50 guests and so we had to find alternative venues. Otherwise, the experience with TW was near perfect and we thank them endlessly for their support.

Coulter Media – Mick at Coulter Media did the filming and photography at the first #4 events, completely voluntarily and did a stirling job. Mick’s got the entrepreneurial bug big time and has been busy launching his iPhone apps - http://www.ilertapp.com/ and London Taxi App

Orrick - Our Venue sponsors for TWiSTldn #3, the guys at Orrick are keen supporters of startups and technology companies. This is a legal firm with a bit of a difference, and we love them for putting an awesome spread and putting up with us…
